The incoming raw materials are subjected to viscosity tests, and only raw materials that conform to standards are taken into production. Band yarn manufactured in PC controlled extruders through precision dosing, are subjected to resistance tests and are sent to the suitable weaving looms. Woven fabrics are separated according to their characteristics and wrapped into rolls. These fabrics are forwarded to lamination or to the printing department where we apply a roller printing method, if required a high resolution OPP printing technique is applied. Printing may be applied to both faces of the sack, up to 4 different colors. Design and graphics before printing are prepared by a professional team according to the desires of the customer. Fabrics coming out of printing and lamination are cut according to orders and are sewn in single layers and single seams using the high strength stitching thread produced at SESAN.
